Key Responsibilities

• ▸ Design and deliver captivating Chemistry lessons for Classes XI-XII, aligned with CBSE standards.
• ▸ Prepare students for CBSE exams and elite competitions like JEE, NEET, and Olympiads.
• ▸ Lead sophisticated lab experiments, ensuring safety and sparking scientific passion.
• ▸ Mentor students during extra study hours (6:00 PM–8:00 PM, three days/week).
• ▸ Undertake one half-day Sunday duty per month (morning session).
• ▸ Assess progress through curated tests, assignments, and projects with insightful feedback.
• ▸ Provide holistic academic and personal guidance in a residential setting.
• ▸ Enrich school life through co-curricular activities and residential duties.
• ▸ Maintain meticulous records of student performance and lab activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• ▸ M.Sc. in Chemistry from a distinguished university.
• ▸ B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred).
• ▸ 2-3 years teaching Chemistry at the senior secondary level.
• ▸ Expertise in CBSE curriculum and competitive exam strategies.
• ▸ Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• ▸ Zeal for inspiring students in a residential environment.
• ▸ Willingness to reside on campus (luxury accommodation provided).
• ▸ Commitment to extra study hours and occasional Sunday duties.

Work Schedule

• ▸ Regular Hours: 8:30 AM–4:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
• ▸ Extra Study Hours: 6:00 PM–8:00 PM, three days/week.
• ▸ Sunday Duty: One half-day/month (morning session).
