Key Responsibilities

• • Teach any pair of science subjects (Physics-Chemistry, Chemistry-Biology, or Biology-Physics) for Grades 8-9, covering 6 classes, aligned with CBSE curriculum.
• • Prepare students for foundational science concepts and competitive exams.
• • Conduct hands-on experiments and interactive sessions to enhance scientific understanding.
• • Supervise extra study hours (6:00 PM–8:00 PM, three days/week).
• • Participate in one half-day Sunday duty per month (morning session).
• • Assess student progress through tests, projects, and quizzes, providing feedback.
• • Offer academic and motivational guidance in a residential setting.
• • Contribute to co-curricular activities, such as science clubs or exhibitions.
• • Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• • Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc.) with specialization in Physics, Chemistry, or Biology.
• • B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred).
• • 1-2 years of experience teaching Science at the secondary level (Grades 8-9).
• • Strong knowledge of CBSE Science curriculum for chosen subject pair (Physics-Chemistry, Chemistry-Biology, or Biology-Physics).
• • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• • Passion for engaging students in a residential school environment.
• • Willingness to reside on campus (accommodation provided).
• • Commitment to extra study hours and occasional Sunday duties.

Work Schedule

• • Regular Hours: 8:30 AM–4:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
• • Extra Study Hours: 6:00 PM–8:00 PM, three days/week.
• • Sunday Duty: One half-day/month (morning session).
