Key Responsibilities

• • Teach engaging English language and literature lessons for Grades 8-10, aligned with CBSE curriculum.
• • Prepare students for board exams and foundational language skills for competitive exams.
• • Foster reading, writing, and communication skills through interactive activities.
• • Supervise extra study hours (6:00 PM–8:00 PM, three days/week).
• • Participate in one half-day Sunday duty per month (morning session).
• • Assess student progress through essays, tests, and assignments, providing constructive feedback.
• • Provide academic and motivational guidance in a residential setting.
• • Contribute to co-curricular activities, such as literary clubs, debates, or drama.
• • Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• • Bachelor’s degree in English or related field (B.A. English preferred).
• • B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred).
• • 1-2 years of experience teaching English at the secondary level (Grades 8-10).
• • Strong knowledge of CBSE English curriculum.
• • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
• • Passion for engaging students in a residential school environment.
• • Willingness to reside on campus (accommodation provided).
• • Commitment to extra study hours and occasional Sunday duties.

Work Schedule

• • Regular Hours: 8:30 AM–4:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
• • Extra Study Hours: 6:00 PM–8:00 PM, three days/week.
• • Sunday Duty: One half-day/month (morning session).
